We compare the applications against the job description and your criteria, to decide who to invite to the group assessment. |
We invite up to 20 candidates to group assessments lasting 3 hours, usually split into two groups. Candidates are requested to bring original identification such as passport, driving licence, birth certificate, address confirmation from their bank, and proof of their National Insurance Number. We will verify that candidates are eligible to work in the UK and the appropriate Home Office notification requested where necessary. We also request to see original qualification certificates. Photocopies of all original documents will be provided to you prior to interview stage. |
During group assessments we monitor and score on every aspect of the candidate from punctuality, handshake, eye contact and social skills, through to presentation, handwriting, initiative and teambuilding exercises. Each assessment is tailored towards the role e.g. sales, management, customer service, etc. Candidates will also undertake the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) personality assessment with a qualified practitioner. MBTI results tell you about the innate personality of the candidates, which supports your overall knowledge of those you choose to interview. It will also aid the development of your successful candidate in their new role, where we will provide in-depth feedback upon appointment. |
From the group assessments we choose up to 10 candidates to undertake the DISC psychometric test which provides you with an in depth report on each candidate. You can also use this to support the structure of your own final interview questions. |
Following the group assessments we invite up to 8 candidates to a psychometric interview. The questions will be based around the results of a further job-related psychometric test to determine a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses. This is quite in-depth and lasts around 45 -60 minutes. |
